# 株式会社弁護革命　吸収合併についてのお知らせ

2024年6月12日　　株式会社弁護革命

このたび、株式会社弁護革命（以下、当社）は、2024年8月1日をもって、親会社である弁護士ドットコム株式会社と合併することとなりましたのでお知らせいたします。

本合併は弁護士ドットコム株式会社を存続会社とする吸収合併であり、同日を持って当社は解散し、一切の債権債務及び権利義務は弁護士ドットコム株式会社が承継いたします。

当社は『弁護革命』の更なる飛躍を実現し、ユーザー様により優れたサービスをご提供し続けるため、本年5月1日をもって弁護士ドットコムグループへと参画したところです。

なお、当社代表取締役山本了宣は、弁護士ドットコム社において引き続き弁護革命の運営・開発全般に関与いたします。
